1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 6ph1 platform, you enter into a binding legal contract with 6ph1 and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and participants in any 6ph1 gaming services regardless of access method, including but not limited to desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and mobile applications.

1.2 Age and Jurisdictional Restrictions

You affirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. 6ph1 strictly prohibits access and participation by individuals under the legal gambling age. 1.3 Account Capacity and Restrictions

You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party. You are not permitted to create an account for the benefit of another person or entity. Each person is permitted only one (1) account on the 6ph1 platform. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts under false information, or allowing others to use your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

1.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or participating in 6ph1 gaming services: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) persons located outside the Philippines; (c) employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of 6ph1 and its affiliated companies; (d) employees and immediate family members of game providers and software vendors contracted by 6ph1; (e) persons who have previously been excluded or banned from 6ph1 or any affiliated gaming platform; (f) persons who have self-excluded from gambling activities; and (g) persons acting on behalf of or in collusion with other players.

2. Account Registration and Security Obligations

You agree not to share your account with any third party, allow others to access your account, or transfer your account to another person. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

2.4 Account Suspension and Termination

6ph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or behaved in a manner detrimental to 6ph1 or other players. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, money laundering or fraud, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, abusing bonuses or promotions, chargebacks or payment disputes, harassment of other players or staff, or any violation of applicable laws.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Policies

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name matching your 6ph1 account registration information. 6ph1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes to 24 hours; bank transfers within 1-3 business days.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions and Verification

Before your first withdrawal, 6ph1 requires completion of account verification including submission of government-issued identification and proof of address. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 6ph1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals or suspicious activity patterns. Withdrawals may be delayed or cancelled if we suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of Terms, or if additional verification is required.

3.4 Currency and Fees

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: collusion or coordination with other players; use of artificial intelligence, bots, or automated systems; exploiting software bugs or errors; irregular betting patterns designed to abuse bonuses; simultaneous opposite bets across multiple accounts; and any form of cheating or manipulation. 6ph1 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts upon detection of unfair play.

4.2 Game Results and Random Number Generation

You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to never chase losses. 6ph1 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to utilize these tools to maintain control over your gaming activities. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses require wagering before withdrawal is permitted. You agree not to: reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the 6ph1 platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or systems; use automated systems including robots, scrapers, or data mining tools to access the platform; interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts; frame or mirror any part of the platform; or remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

6ph1 strives to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice. 6ph1 shall not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 6ph1, its directors, employees, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of 6ph1 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 6ph1, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct on your part.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the 6ph1 platform, or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact 6ph1 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution. You agree that any formal dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, with the arbitration to take place in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

8.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 6ph1.

9. Amendments and Communications

9.1 Changes to Terms

6ph1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the 6ph1 platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the platform and may close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

You consent to receive communications from 6ph1 via email, SMS, platform notifications, and other electronic means to the contact information provided during registration. 10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

10.2 Entire Agreement

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without the express written consent of 6ph1. 6ph1 may assign or transfer these Terms and all associated rights and obligations at any time without notice or consent.
